  • What is the Kanavel Senior Executive Team?

      • The Kanavel Senior Executive Team started in April 2002, when Nedra Kanavel joined BeautiControl. As she built her team, she became a director. Very quickly, Nedra began to teach other consultants how they could become directors too. Those directors, in turn, have taught their consultants how to become directors as well.


      As a Senior Executive Director, Nedra has personally guided the following women to directorship - Executive Director Robin Sanchez, Executive Director Marsha Daugherty, Director Doris Elksnis, Director Kim Becher, Director Doris Elksnis, and Director LaDonna George.


      These leaders have in turn mentored the following consultants to directorship too - Senior Director Kim Ricker, Director Deb Larsen, Senior Director Chris Cole, Senior Director Sally Wachter, Senior Director Tanya Thelen, Director Krista Hallead, Director Kendra Pieper, and Director Kim Dyke.


      All of these phenomenal directors and units fall under the umbrella of the Kanavel Senior Executive Team. The team includes approximately 2,000 consultants and 13 directors.
